Privacy Policy

Champion II Pro Solutions, LLC is an insured HVAC, plumbing, and home-repair services provider serving Metro Atlanta and the surrounding counties; new HVAC installations are completed through our licensed install partners. This policy explains how we handle information submitted through championprosolutions.com.

Information we collect

We collect information only when you choose to provide it through the request-service form on this site. That form asks for:

• Your name
• Your phone number
• What you need (a short description of the service you're requesting)
• Your address (optional -- only needed if you want us to reference it when we call)

Champion staff and authorized operators who sign up for lead-alert text messages at /sms-lead-alerts provide their name, mobile phone number, an optional email address, and whether they checked the optional text-message consent box. With that consent we keep the date and time, the consent wording shown, and basic technical data (IP address and browser type) as a record of the opt-in. Website visitors who use the request-service form are not signed up for text messages.

We also receive basic technical data generated by our hosting platform (Cloudflare), such as IP address, browser type, requested page path, and timestamps. This data is used for security, performance, and abuse prevention. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not track individual users across sites.

How we use it

Information submitted through the request-service form is used to:

• Call you back about the service you requested.
• Schedule an appointment or answer questions about your project.
• Keep a record of communications related to your request.

We do not use your information for marketing purposes unrelated to your request, and we do not contact you after your project is complete except in connection with follow-up service or at your request.

How information may be shared

We do not sell or rent personal information. Your information may be shared only as follows:

• Hosting and storage (Cloudflare): This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare handles network requests and stores request-form submissions in Cloudflare KV so a request is never lost, even if our operator notification fails to deliver. Cloudflare's privacy practices are described at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
• Operator notification (ntfy): A new request triggers a push notification to our operator via ntfy.sh so we can call you back quickly. Only the details you submitted are included in that notification.
• Lead-alert SMS (Telnyx): When a request is submitted, Telnyx may deliver a transactional lead-alert text message to Champion staff (not to the website visitor) so we can call you back quickly. Only the details needed for that callback are included. Lead-alert texts are sent only to numbers whose owners have opted in on /sms-lead-alerts.
• Lead-alert email (Resend): Request details and staff lead-alert sign-up details are delivered to Champion II Pro Solutions by email through Resend, our email provider, which processes them on our behalf.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or other legal process.

We will not share or sell your mobile information with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.

Text messaging (SMS)

Champion II Pro Solutions sends transactional lead-alert text messages only to staff and authorized operators who opt in by checking the optional box at /sms-lead-alerts. We do not send text messages to website visitors.

• We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers, or text-message opt-in data and consent, with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
• Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with any third parties, except our messaging provider (Telnyx) and our email provider (Resend), which process it on our behalf.
• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.

Retention

Request-form submissions are retained for as long as needed to respond to your request, complete any requested project, and maintain ordinary business records. If a request does not result in a project, we may delete the related information after a reasonable period. You may request earlier deletion by contacting us directly.

Staff text-message sign-up records, including the consent time, consent wording, IP address, and browser type, are kept as compliance evidence until the staff member asks us to remove them.

Your choices

You may request access to or deletion of the information you submitted through this site by contacting us at the phone number or email below. We will respond within a reasonable time and will honor valid deletion requests unless we are required by law or legitimate business necessity to retain certain records.
